  • The Keep Cool giveaway will run from Saturday, June 1, 2019 to Saturday, August 31, 2019
  • 1 monthly winner will win a free Bose Splashproof Bluetooth Wireless Speaker (valued at $169). 1 winner per month for June, July, August 2019.
  • The prize is as stated with no cash alternative in whole or in part and are non-transferable
  • The prize must be redeemed at Dayside Windows & Doors location in Brantford, Ontario
  • In the event of the prizes not being available for whatever reason, the Promoter may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value and quality
  • Dayside Windows & Doors reserves the right to alter or withdraw this promotion at any time and without notice

Entries

  • Dates, times and activities are subject to change
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or over
  • The giveaway is open to residents in the Brantford, Hamilton, and Burlington region that are not a direct employee or family member of the company or associated companies
  • Entries must be received via visiting the Dayside Windows & Doors Brantford location at 441 Henry St. Brantford, Ontario N3S 7V6
  • To enter the giveaway:
    • Participants must request a complimentary quote for new windows or doors by visiting the Dayside Windows & Doors Showroom. Upon receiving a quote, participants will receive a FREE Dayside Windows Cooler Bag (*while supplies last) and be entered into the monthly giveaway draw
    • Participants must visit the showroom between June 1, 2019 and August 31, 2019 to receive their FREE quote and ballot into the draw
  • Only one entry per person is allowed (same name and same address, or same email and same phone number)
  • Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants
  • No purchase is necessary to take part in the giveaway
  • By entering this giveaway, you agree to have your name published on Facebook and any marketing material by Dayside Windows & Doors
  • Entrance to the giveaway is deemed acceptance of these rules

Winner

  • Each monthly winner will be selected at random
  • The winners of the giveaway will be drawn monthly on July 2, August 2, & September 2
  • Winners will be contacted and verified via phone or email after being selected
  • After winner is verified, each winner will be announced each month on Dayside’s Facebook & Instagram account
  • Any prize unclaimed after reasonable efforts from the Promoter to contact the winner will be distributed at Promoter’s discretion
  • The decision of the marketing team at Dayside Windows is final
  • If the winner does not respond to the giveaway representative to confirm their identity as stated on a valid photo id, a new winner will be selected
  • The promoter reserves the right to withdraw any winner through a fraudulent claim
  • The winner will be contacted via email or phone to attain the winners’ first and last name
